How do I participate in online giving?
Go to our Online Giving site.
Create a user id and password
Provide contact and bank or credit card information
Indicate the amount, frequency (one-time or recurring) and designation for your gift
What is Faith’s online giving policy?
Your information is held securely by the Vanco system. This information will remain private and will never be given away to third parties, other than to process your scheduled contributions. You can schedule one-time donations at your convenience and or you can set up recurring monthly offerings. You can modify or cancel those contributions at any time prior to the date they are scheduled.
Why use online giving?
Online giving is easy, safe, and secure! Online contributions help you remain faithful in giving, even when you are out of town or unable to attend church. Giving electronically frees you from carrying cash or checks to church, and also strengthens Faith’s ability to track and maintain the yearly budget.
Can I schedule recurring giving?
Yes. You can specify whether you want your giving made one time, weekly, twice per month, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. You can set up as many schedules as you would like, so it is possible to give a monthly gift as well as a weekly one.
Will I still receive an annual giving statement?
Yes. Annual giving statements are mailed each January.
Can I change credit card information, transaction date, or the amount of my giving?
Yes. If you created an account on the giving page you have the ability to view, edit, or delete a scheduled transaction at any time, including the credit card, date, frequency and giving amount.
